What is ‘Stop Violence and Curb Disorder’?

It doesn’t mean stop violence first and then later (when?)curb disorder...According to Xi Jinping (1953-), Stop Violence means execution of law by police and bring justice at court; Curb Disorder means dialogue with various social sectors and solve deep seated contradiction.

When this concept was introduced?

First time, The Hong Kong and Macau Affairs Office of the State Council introduced this new concept as a solution to the Hong Kong colour revolution 4.0 (2019) on July 29, 2019 via their speaker Yang Guang.

Who distorts this concept and how?

Oriental Daily which is the major ''pro-Beijing'' news publisher who is also pro KMT media in Hong Kong distorted the words of chief secretary for administration Matthew Cheung on November 4, 2019.

Basically, there is almost no media fully quoted it and they just take whatever they want from original context. Some only quotes the part of the stop violent, but ignores the other part of it. TVB is also that kind of example,

Charles Chan Kwok Keung, chairman of TVB, the largest private television station in Hong Kong, has a close relationship with Li Ka-shing, the monopoly capital oligarchy.

TVB not only advertised Li Ka-shing’s so-called emergency money for Li Ka-shing Foundation on October 29, 2019. This false compassion has nothing to do with the bail-out, and its political purpose is even more significant because Li Ka-shing’s CK Asset Holdings Limited did not take more effective relief measures to reduce rents.

In the end, TVB removed the word ''at the same time'' from Xi Jinping's original context for protecting real estate hegemony. The concept of 'Stop Violence and Curb Disorder' is inseparable from the multi-disciplinary and resolving deep-seated contradictions, but once the word ''at the same time'' is spoken, Xi Jinping 's original concept was separated.

Xi Jinping meets Carrie Lam Cheng Yuet-ngor, referring to the most important task in Hong Kong. 2019-11-05 18:34:

Xi Jinping said: “To curb the violence and stop the chaos in accordance with the law is still the most important task faced by Hong Kong."

He said, "we must do a good job in dialogue with the community and improve people’s livelihood."

Matthew Cheung already setup their official definition of 'Stop Violence and Curb Disorder' by stating ''At present, it is necessary of "three-legged walk" to solve the social situation. First, we must stop the violence. We must also strengthen dialogue with the public, at the same time, resolve deep-seated contradictions.'' reported by Sing Tao Daily on October 17, 2019. It perfectly reflects original meaning of the central government's own words.

It means 'also' not 'later.' Other Pro-Beijing media also misunderstand or distorted it like KMT media Oriental Daily.

Distortion of the full meaning of central government depends on class interests of each media. Their reports reflect what they wish on what central government will do. Thus, they manipulate information to grab public opinions as hostages beforehand.

Who proved this definition is right?

Xi Jinping (1953-) defined the meaning of ''Stop Violence and Curb Disorder'' perfectly. It is just as same as "three-legged walk" defined by Matthew Cheung. While meeting with Hong Kong’s Chief Executive Carrie Lam Cheng Yuet-ngor on November 4, 2019 in Shanghai.

Xi Jinping said: “To curb the violence and stop the chaos in accordance with the law is still the most important task faced by Hong Kong. At the same time, we must do a good job in dialogue with the community and improve people’s livelihood.”

The point is that the slogan is not two phase solution but those three tasks must be undertaken and done at the same time because the 'results' and 'causes' of the violence and chaos are affecting people at the same time, existing at the same time. It is dialectically correct but people are difficult to understand it due to lack of knowledge of dialectics.

After the thorough analysis of the Hong Kong Protests 2019, I got a conclusion below:

It’s about social hegemony of colonial interests thus their FREEDOM FIGHTERS, HONG KONGERS are destroying mainland China related capital and facilities at the cost of the class interests of the working class and students. Maybe you wonder why they target Metro? Because Metro is a land owner, they want lands as many as possible after Metro gets forced to sell more lands cheaply. Those protests are actual economic tactics to get rid of Mainland China’s legitimacy and competitiveness in Hong Kong.
