IMPORTANT 【重要】恐俄症
1. 外部勢力最近努力注入香港的恐俄症不僅僅是政治化的種族歧視，也是與假新聞（含轉載和轉播未經證實的，或假信息），金融制裁（如封鎖俄國人的銀行帳戶和交易；本港俄羅斯人呢？沒有新聞） ，取消文化，心理戰配合的綜合軍事手段(hybrid military tactic)。因此之故，各自為政的體制諸多部門都根本無法單獨應對的。
恐俄症作為假新聞，取消文化和金融制裁的混合心理效果/戰術，涉及的範疇遠比單獨假新聞，金融制裁還大，且恐俄症的概念包括這一切在內。 為此，只單獨孤立地處置假新聞，只單獨應對金融制裁也都不夠的。作為成熟綜合戰術的恐俄症已遠超過黑暴時期（2019年3月15日第一次示威-2021年1月7日大量拘捕為止）的集體反警活動（騷亂）的水平和範圍，恐俄症的手段更有系統地會損害解放軍和執法單位的家族，如此全面打擊目標。
美國將來也會將恐俄症的軍事手段應用於香港及整個中國。誠然，恐華症（綜合作戰）就必將會出現。
2. 在2022年5月31日至6月1日，本港流傳了以下未經證實的反俄指控以及假新聞。
前者是連一些西方主流媒體都不敢報導的東西，即那指控是單靠烏克蘭方頓涅茨克州軍事管理局局長帕維爾·基里連科（Pavlo Kyrylenko）的社交媒體上的個人貼文而已。尚未被證實，但是不少港媒照樣不假思索地轉載和轉播了。轉載和轉播應當經過核實才做。
後者則是，港媒貿然隨性轉載和轉播的同一來源的假新聞。即由俄軍炸毀化學工廠來製造毒硝酸。
其實，所謂空襲也是尚未證實的，甚至，關鍵是該爆破是在烏軍控制區內發生的。事後，附近的烏軍還自拍了悠閒地觀望毒硝酸煙的鏡頭了。若那邊真是受俄方空襲，則不會一直待在那裡現場進行自拍的。
重點是，當天（2022年5月31日）真正發生的一連串的烏軍屠殺頓巴斯居民的事件，一個也都沒有被港媒報導！
這也證實了如此偏頗的香港媒體絕非市民全靠的對象，而只不過是監視的對象。

灣仔俄羅斯駐港總領事館被指有炸彈 警搜索無發現
早上10時52分，警方接獲一名男子報案，指灣仔港灣道30號新鴻基中心21樓的俄羅斯駐香港總領事館被人放置炸彈，警方大為緊張，立即派員到場調查及搜索，惟沒有發現，案件列作炸彈嚇詐，交由灣仔警區刑事調查隊跟進，暫無人被捕。

Direct quote from Kyrylenko: "On 31 May, the Russians killed 4 civilians in the Donetsk region: 3 in Sloviansk and 1 in Raihorodka. Another 7 civilians were injured."
Details: The head of the Oblast Military Administration stressed that it is currently impossible to determine the exact number of casualties in Mariupol and Volnovakha.

E. 事實（FACTs）：
South front: The Ukrainian military have already carried out several chemical provocations in the Luhansk People’s Republic, including in the town of Rubezhnoe where large chemical plant Zarya is located. LINK
The provocations are likely aimed at blaming the advancing Russian-led forces of chemical attacks on Ukrainian territory. However, all the explosions were carried out in the areas under the AFU control and airstrikes in the claimed areas are never confirmed. As a result, such incidents do not gain the necessary attention of the Western media and only result in victims among the local residents who suffer from the Ukrainian terrorist warfare.
烏克蘭軍隊已經在盧甘斯克人民共和國進行了幾次化學挑釁，包括在大型化工廠Zarya所在的魯別日諾耶(Rubezhnoe)鎮。LINK

According to available information, a tank with nitric acid was blown up.
Acid is a strong oxidizing agent, so its contact with exposed areas of the body causes severe burns. In addition, the skin turns yellow - this is how the acid acts on the protein. The upper respiratory tract and eyes are also exposed to chemical burns.
Now the wind is southeast, the DPR is not in the pollution zone.

▫️After the explosion, an orange-coloured toxic cloud rose (to an altitude of about one kilometre) and moved towards Kremennaya and Rubezhnoe.
▫️The Ukrainian neo-Nazis were not deterred by the fact that innocent civilians had suffered as a result of this terrorist act involving a toxic chemical substance.
▫️The Kiev authorities have once again shown their criminal and cynical nature. Terror and genocide against its own people have become the norm in Ukraine.
❗️We emphasize once again that in carrying out the tasks of the special military operation, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation treat the local population extremely humanely and do not strike at civilian infrastructure facilities, unlike the Ukrainian armed formations.

總而言之，恐俄症應該被視為包括假新聞，取消文化，金融制裁等概念在內的大範疇，也該被視為一種綜合戰的軍事手段。此外，光是2022年5月31日晚上烏軍在北頓涅茨克阿佐特企業（Azot enterprise）引爆了一輛裝有有毒化學物質（硝酸）的油罐車來製造毒煙霧一事，政治偏頗的香港媒體還是照樣不假思索地轉載和轉播未經證實的西方假新聞了（所謂‘據報’），因此港媒絕非全靠的資訊來源，而只能是市民監視的對象之一而已。
