Facts：
October 10, 2022 became a major turning point in the Russia-Ukraine war. The fact that Russia deliberately bombed civilian facilities became an undeniable fact. Putin has explicitly admitted that Russian forces targeted and bombed power stations (and other military control centers and communications facilities, at least 11 in total) across Ukraine today. In addition to the headquarters and command posts of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine and the National Guard, objects of the energy infrastructure of Ukraine were subjected to systemic strikes. Neither the nuclear power plant nor the hydroelectric power plant was struck by anyone - and this is not necessary in the current case either. On our map, we have displayed all significant substations and thermal power plants, as well as high-voltage lines 330kV on the territory of Ukraine. Some of the objects (as well as lines with 750kV substations) are deliberately omitted - otherwise the map would have turned out to be as overloaded as possible.
