從11月初，香港上層集團（內外資本勢力）積極為股市樓市放寬防疫措施，塑造復常假象，同時為愛國alibi而搞出低成本愛國騷（足球隊國歌播錯；黎智英聘用外國律師）的一系列反清零政治動作都是與白紙革命的政治目的和利益相一致。裏應外合，內外勾結，為資本服務。
11月初以來香港推動的一系列反清零‘復常’公關和‘放寬’與內地白紙革命都是一樣的內外資本推動的。意在改變中國的防疫政策及政權。這就是香港所謂愛國愛港人士集體沈默的主要原因之一。其實，位於香港本地的內外資本，上層集團是要內地清零政策的改變的。白紙革命是合乎港府在內的香港上層集團的政治目的的，即促進內地撤掉清零政策。白紙革命顯示了反清零原來是叛國叛亂，意在推翻中共政權。
有些人擔憂，已從28日開始走下坡的白紙革命的活動分子撤退到香港進行二次顏色革命，不過，主要是上述原因，連27日到29日的本地白紙革命示威都不針對港府的。這跟黑暴大不同，證明了港府與本地白紙革命示威並沒有政治利益的衝突，都合乎位於香港的內外資本的總路線。這觀點完全被香港媒體蒙蔽了。 不過，這一系列聚會都違反了限聚令，是因為禁止在公眾地方進行12人以上的羣組聚集，甚至根本沒有依照《公安條例》第245章向警務處申請，而屬於非法集會。 LINK
為順利推動和助長白紙革命的網路審查也不可避免地揭示其顏色革命的本質。其實，證據是在眼前的。
顏色革命也是優化的。內外資本支援的示威者一邊唱國歌，揮動國旗，一邊高喊反清零，反中共，反習近平的口號。減少了被檢控的罪項和刑期。此外，為何內外資本想要把黑暴運動期間盡力縮短成1年（2019年-2020年）？這也就是為了縮短刑期，減刑。香港警方則正確地採取2021年1月7日之說（也就是大拘捕完成的最後一天乃黑暴末日）。
風格，象徵，手法，組織方式，媒體報導模式都不可避免地是特定勢力的標誌和足跡。其實，舉起白紙是黑暴以及其他西方帝國主義發動內亂時的典型示威手法之一（如2020年7月6日黑暴用了白紙示威 LINK）。光是這點也表明了到底是什麼樣的勢力。
所謂外部勢力之說是不全面的，是因為內外勾結，裏應外合，內外因在起作用之下，當地民生問題累計下來的民眾民怨總是被扭曲和剝削的。對內外資本而言，這就是撤除對資本運動實施限制的政治障礙的活動和機會。內外資本的意志和操縱都集中體現在媒體報道和煽動上，因此，積極煽風點火的報道正是包括該媒體自身在內的內外資本參與的鐵證。就像所有其他顏色革命一樣，內外資本「叫人衝，自己鬆」是普遍真理。

In a statement issued on November 24, 2022 (the day of the Urumqi fire), the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in China called for the removal of unnecessary and excessive anti-epidemic restrictions and the speedy exit from the "Dynamic Zero" policy.
From the beginning of the month, Hong Kong (internal and external capital forces) actively relaxed anti-epidemic measures for the stock market and property market to create the illusion of recovery, and at the same time staged a low-cost patriotic PR show for the cheap political alibi (e.g., the national anthem of the soccer team was broadcast wrongly; Jimmy Lai hired a foreign lawyer). A series of anti-zero political actions in Hong Kong are consistent with the political objectives and interests of the White Paper A4 Revolution. They are all in line with the political aims and interests of the White Paper Revolution. In other words, they are all in line with internal and external collusion to serve capital.
The series of anti-ZERO 'resumption' public relations and 'relaxation' promoted by Hong Kong since early November are the same as the White Paper Revolution on the Mainland, driven by internal and external capital as usual. The intention is to change China's anti-epidemic policy and the CCP regime for domestic and international capital. This is one of the main reasons for the silence of the so-called patriots and Hong Kong lovers in Hong Kong. In fact, the upper echelons of the local capital, both internal and external, in Hong Kong want the change of the zero policy in the mainland. The White Paper Revolution is in line with the political goal of the upper echelons of Hong Kong, including the Hong Kong SAR government, which is in practice to promote the withdrawal of the zero policy in the mainland. The White Paper Revolution showed that the anti-zero policy was a treasonous rebellion to overthrow the Chinese Communist regime.
Some people worry that activists of the White Paper Revolution, which has been going downhill since the 28th, are retreating to Hong Kong to carry out a second color revolution, but mainly for the reasons mentioned above, even the local White Paper demonstrations on the 27th, 28th and 29th were not against the Hong Kong government. This is very different from the black riots and proves that there is no conflict of political interests between the Hong Kong government and the local White Paper Revolutionary demonstrations, which are in line with the internal and external capital of Hong Kong. This view was completely hoodwinked by the Hong Kong media. However, this series of gatherings are in violation of the gathering restriction because it is forbidden to gather in groups of 12 or more in public places, even without applying to the police in accordance with Chapter 245 of the Public Order Ordinance and are illegal gatherings.
Internet censorship to smoothly promote and fuel the White Paper Revolution inevitably reveals its political nature. In fact, the evidence is in front of us.
Moreover, its potical objective, which is to facilitate the withdrawal of the zero policy in the mainland. The White Paper Revolution showed that the anti-zero policy was a treasonous rebellion to overthrow the Chinese Communist regime.
The color revolution is also optimized. Capital-backed protesters inside and outside the country sang the national anthem and waved the national flag while chanting anti-Zero, anti-Communist, and anti-Xi Jinping slogans. They expect that the number of crimes prosecuted, and the length of sentences are going to be reduced in this way. The style, symbols, methods, and organization are inevitably the signs and footprints of a particular force. In fact, holding up white paper is one of the typical methods of demonstrations by the anti-extradition law amendment bill movement and other Western imperialist civil unrest (e.g., the Black Riot used white paper to demonstrate on July 6, 2020). This alone shows what kind of forces are involved.
The so-called external forces are incomplete, because internal and external collusion, internal and external factors are at work, and the accumulated public discontent over local livelihood issues is always distorted and exploited by them. For both internal and external capital, this is the activity and opportunity to remove the political barriers that restrict capital. 新疆烏魯木齊大火災是被利用為trigger incident（引發事件）的。不過，2020年以來烏魯木齊早已瘋傳的鐵釘封門的未經證實消息以及消防車被封控阻礙的影片等都是未經證實的，甚至連紐約時報自己也承認的（LINK）。這就是整個示威的‘理據’是基於未經證實的社交媒體消息的。這指摘其本質，即煽動。換言之，煽動者都在吃受害者的血饅頭的。

白紙革命證實的最令人遺憾的事實是，全中國19省21主要城市以及內地51到中港106所大高校校園是如同黑暴時期的香港各地校園一樣被滲透的（LINK）。如港美中心事件揭示的那樣，這個顏色革命的部署明明是長年長期的工作，也不透過建制也不可得逞的，必然是官商勾結的傑作。這部署遠早於2022年10月13日北京四通橋抗議；11月14日廣州爆發反封控的群眾抗議；11月河南鄭州富士康（台灣鴻海集團）抗議等的一系列反清零動亂。
關於2022年11月24日新疆烏魯木齊大火災的未經證實消息（如2020年內地疫情早期瘋傳的謠言「因當局釘板封死門」）引發的新顏色革命，其在香港成為黑暴2.0的可能性極低（2022年2月25日到4月11日期間，曾有利用俄烏戰事發動顏色革命的類似圖謀，但早已失敗，針對白紙革命，警方也都成熟地低調處理了，如勸示威者解散非法聚集以及紀錄參與者的身分證，但其推動勢力是與白紙革命一模一樣，甚至其現場舞台也都一樣。如2022年3月25日的反俄示威與11月28日白紙革命示威的現場都是中環戲院里）。白紙革命已經從2022年11月28日逐漸衰退。在黑暴的記憶猶新的香港，白紙革命不足以成為氣候的原因是港府從2022年9月26日起應本地內外資本的要求而完全撤掉了入境隔離期（香港2022年9月26日起撤銷入境檢疫要求
LINK），因此目前推動的是與病毒共存（以谷針為主），而非清零政策。
不少人誤解的是，清零政策跟谷針政策是兩碼事。與病毒共存是指積極單靠新冠疫苗，而導向撤除所有防疫措施；清零政策則是秉持從中世紀以來的防疫基本措施，即在社會上徹底消滅病源（如黑死病的案例），並對病毒進行有效檢測，隔離和治療。
究竟清零政策有效，還是與病毒共存有效？
與病毒共存（以谷針為一切）的美國：從2020年2月15日起至2022年11月30日現在感染者總數為100,532,711；死者總數為1,105,049 （LINK）
動態清零的中國：從2020年1月22日起至2022年11月30日現在感染者總數為319,536；死者總數為5,233。（LINK）
中國動態清零的成效在客觀科學數據上，一目了然。結果，秉持動態清零的中國的感染率是美國的0.32%而已。不到美國的1%。清零還是疫苗有效？市民該要求清零，還是谷針？ 回答是明顯的，不用解釋。
位於香港本地的內外資本首先推動了反清零。其形式是塑造復常形象的一系列放寬措施，也就是炒股市樓市的公關。這包括中電和港燈，以及其他公共事業的加價潮在內，都意在炒股。這一切都不是各自分離的措施，而是屬於一整套政治規劃。
張竹君指，香港至今每日仍有數千宗確診，相信較難清零，認為除非全球也沒有個案，估計新冠病毒仍會與人類共存。

上述兩大事件是反清零運動的開端。香港又淪為內外部勢力的政治突破口了。
2022年11月5日路透社發布了成功炒股的未經證實的反清零消息：中國疾控中心流行病前首席科學家，異見份子曾光在美國花旗集團舉辦的內部研討會上說：內地與香港免檢疫通關可能早於明年上半年。（LINK）
2022年11月10日香港在連日疫情個案高企之下，進一步放寬防疫措施了。（政府進一步適度放寬社交距離措施 LINK）11月10日單日感染增數為5697；11月9日到11月11日的現有個案總數為182,902到186,241。 LINK
2022年11月11日內地國務院聯防聯控機制公布的二十條優化措施被香港內外媒體曲解為‘放寬’，以炒股。（LINK）
2022年11月17日香港疫情進一步惡化之際，又撤掉了入境防疫措施，即兩次核酸檢測。由11月21日起實施至今。（LINK）
2022年11月22日：行政會議早前舉行非正式會議聽取了中電、港燈加價安排，兩者電費按年將加幅分別高達19.8%與45.6%，亦即平均每度電費增至154.4仙與197仙。同時，運輸及物流局、運輸署亦向立法會交通事務委員會提交了文件，表示天星小輪申請就中環至尖沙咀、灣仔至尖沙咀兩條專營航線申請加價，幅度由現行1.8元增至4.2元，並且取消長者免費乘船優惠、改以2元優惠計劃取代。
在壟斷資本轄下，兩電瘋狂加價，也在反清零的大脈絡之下順水推舟。問題不是病毒本身，而是防疫措施？
民主黨經濟政策發言人陳堡明指，兩電應盡量壓縮營運和資本開支，降低基本電價，盡量與市民共渡時艱；政府應盡快放寬入境檢疫限制及再次推出防疫抗疫基金、並應考慮重推非住宅用户電費補貼，紓緩中小企在經濟下行期間的財務負擔。
正如HCAL 51/2006 新渡輪航線加價 (新世界地產把長洲航線加價盈利轉給其他虧損航線）揭示，本港壟斷資本傾向於以加價轉移利潤到集團的其他出現虧損的業務項目上去。光是這一點也是不公正的。
此外，在壟斷資本之下，巴士也是如此。將加價的資本行為歸咎於防疫措施。
2022年11月23日：運輸及物流局表示，上半年開始陸續收到各專營巴士公司的加價申請，申請加幅大約為一成至兩成。為什麼需要加價？當局指，巴士公司經營面對燃料和工資等營運成本上升，早前疫情亦影響乘客量。局方會按既定程序審批，考慮巴士公司營運成本和收益、市民接受程度、負擔能力等因素。LINK
這一系列官商勾結的媒體/政治動作都不是各自分離的，而是中港反清零運動的一部分。
我們市民要注意關注的不是本地會否有白紙革命，而是，包括港府在內的本地勢力，上層集團會否發動黃雀行動2.0。 不過，從9月26日以來的一系列放寬措施已經大幅度方便了10月，11月的反清零人士及白紙革命的逃亡者。無論有意無意，這本身都淪為了黃雀行動2.0的第一階段或必要條件。

一言以蔽之，白紙革命不僅是優化了的顏色革命，也是中港反清零運動的一部分。反清零反中共反習近平，此一內外部勢力（資本）的政治圖謀和政治意圖首先在香港早已在反清零的形式顯現了。市民需關注本地上層集團會否發動黃雀行動2.0。
In a nutshell, the White Paper Revolution (A4 Revolution) is not only an optimized color revolution, but also part of the anti-zero campaign in Hong Kong and mainland China. The political plans and intentions of the internal and external forces have already been manifested in Hong Kong in the form of anti-zero campaign since the end of September.
