雇傭条例第９条では、資本家は通知予告もしくは解雇予告手当なしで即時に雇傭契約を解除する権利が保障されている。これは、日本の労基法でいう懲戒解雇そのものである。外観上即時という意味ではなく、一切の補償がない即時発効する懲戒解雇なのである。
